Live 

One or multiple guests broadcasted to your YouTube or Podcast channel, social media platforms and your website. This enables viewers to interact and add questions to be answered live during the broadcast.

Recorded as live

Recorded live but uploaded at a later date; retaining the free-flowing aspect of conversations, ensuring integrity and authenticity.

B-roll during broadcast

Whilst the conversational interviews sit as a central point of our video content, we also shoot polished b-roll footage to complement your interviews.

In-person at your location or event

We bring a 3-camera setup to your premises with a video switcher to make the production dynamic between each guest. With lapel microphones, the freedom to move about also feels natural. All of the below options can also be used to bring your events to life to a wider audience, either live or recorded.

Remote/Hybrid

In our virtual studio, branded in line with your organisation, we can broadcast your episodes from wherever you and your guests are in the world. We also combine the in-person and remote should one or more guests not be able to be with you in person.

Studio

We bring you and your guests to a studio, this can be good if you or your guests have busy workplace environments with little to no breakout spaces available.

We run the production but you and/or your guests are the only ones on camera. Communications training can be provided by our partners at Open Dawes Training.

We can be your presenter for you if you would prefer. Multiple stars/guests can be part of the show at the same time.

Onboarding

To ensure consistency, Visual PR creates and shares collaborative processes, giving you and your team full visibility via our project management tool where appropriate. 

The onboarding stage includes obtaining any brand guidelines, brand assets, images, and videos you already have. 

We also establish access to your social media platforms and YouTube channel to broadcast to, if the live option is chosen.

Ongoing Video Support

Plan

We schedule monthly video calls with you and your marketing team to discuss and plan the next three month’s content, objectives, schedule and guests.

Our team also arranges pre-show meetings, tests everyone’s connection and kit if the remote option is chosen, and answers any pre-show questions.

Production 

We manage the production set-up including cameras, audio, use of media, and display of viewers’ comments.

We can host your show and interview you and your guests.

Post-production

We take care of the video editing, audio extractions for your podcast, and create short-form videos from each episode to provide constant visual marketing assets. 

If required, we can manage your YouTube Channel and Podcast Channel, uploading broadcast episodes when needed, including creating those channels if they don't already exist.
